Meeting Room Reservation Form

Important  – F&CS does not host any external groups after hours, Fridays, weekends (Sat & Sun), or Holidays.

***Please note that turning in this form does not guarantee a reservation, you must receive a confirmation email before you have a reservation for the space.

Meetings can be reserved a minimum of two weeks, and a maximum of 90 days, in advance.

Review process: Please submit this document at least 10 business days prior to the requested reservation date. All meeting space requests are reviewed by F&CS staff to determine space availability and adherence to reservation policies. If approved, the contact person must schedule an orientation meeting with the Director of Facilities Management at least five business days prior to the event.
